Revised draft for counsel review · Effective date: pending confirmation
1. Information we collect
- Job description, municipality or approximate location, urgency, photos, files, preferences, and messages.
- Name, phone, email, and information you choose to provide.
- WhatsApp data such as phone number, profile name, content, delivery status, opt-outs, and consent records.
- Contractor information: name, contacts, categories, service areas, quotes, availability, registrations, licenses, insurance, bonds, documents, and review results.
- Limited technical data needed for security, duplicate prevention, sessions, and auditing.
2. How we use it
We classify requests, identify missing information, find candidates, normalize quotes, operate authorized communications, prevent abuse, protect the service, and maintain required records.
3. Automation and artificial intelligence
Automated tools may classify, summarize, order candidates, and detect abuse. They support the workflow; they do not decide which contractor the customer should hire.
4. How we share
The customer's name and phone remain hidden by default. We share them only with selected contractors after affirmative consent identifying those contractors and the authorized fields. We also use hosting, database, messaging, email, security, and automation providers as needed. The final vendor list must be confirmed before launch.
5. WhatsApp, cookies, and Do Not Track
WhatsApp and other providers have separate policies. Before commercial publication, we must confirm which cookies, analytics, pixels, session replay, or cross-site collection are active and how the site responds to Do Not Track. Behavioral advertising and cross-site tracking should remain disabled while that review is pending.
6. Retention and security
We retain data as reasonably necessary for operations, requests, security, audits, disputes, and legal obligations. Consent, opt-out, contact-release, credential, and privacy-request records must follow the retention schedule approved by counsel. We use minimization, secret separation, and phone masking.
7. Incidents and rights
We maintain an incident-response plan with an owner, evidence preservation, vendor contacts, and legal review. Notification obligations will be evaluated and carried out under applicable law. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; identity must be verified before responding.
8. Contact and changes
The legal entity, postal address, and privacy/support emails will be published after confirmation. Changes will be posted with a new date and version.
