Required before commercial publication: confirm the legal entity, postal address, support/privacy emails, effective date, production vendors, cookie/analytics/Do Not Track status, and category credential matrix.

1. Matching service

Cuanto Sale PR helps customers describe a need, identify potential contractors, request or receive quotes, and compare responses. We are not the contractor performing the work and are not the contractor's employer, agent, insurer, surety, or guarantor. We are not a party to any work contract a customer enters into directly with a contractor.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 21 or otherwise have sufficient legal capacity under applicable law. If you request work for property, a business, or another person, you represent that you have authority to request quotes and authorize request-related contact.

3. Not an emergency service

Cuanto Sale PR is not an emergency service. For fire, gas, active flooding, electrical danger, risk to life, or another urgent condition, call 911, your utility provider, or an appropriate emergency professional.

4. Quotes and decisions

Quotes may be estimates and should be confirmed directly with the contractor. The customer decides whether to hire and must confirm scope, price, permits, insurance, and conditions. Cuanto Sale PR does not guarantee accuracy, availability, price, licensing, quality, or outcome.

5. Payments

During the pilot, payments are arranged directly between customer and contractor. Cuanto Sale PR does not hold funds, process work payments, or guarantee refunds.

6. Privacy and contact release

The customer's name and phone number are hidden by default. Before release, we show the selected contractors and request affirmative consent. Silence or refusal does not authorize disclosure; if the selection changes, we request consent again.

7. Automated tools

We may use software and artificial intelligence to classify requests, identify missing information, normalize quotes, order candidates, and detect abuse. These tools support the workflow; they do not make the customer's final hiring decision.

8. Conduct and changes

Fraud, harassment, impersonation, quote manipulation, unauthorized scraping, illegal requests, and misuse of data are prohibited. Material changes will be published with a new version and reasonable assent records.

9. Contact

The operating entity, postal address, and support/privacy emails will be published after the company's legal facts are confirmed.
