Contractor Terms

Required before commercial publication: confirm the legal entity, postal address, support/privacy emails, effective date, production vendors, cookie/analytics/Do Not Track status, and category credential matrix.

1. Cuanto Sale PR's role

Cuanto Sale PR connects requests with independent service providers. We do not employ contractors, direct their methods, set their prices, or guarantee opportunities, closings, payment, or results.

2. Capacity and information

The applicant must be at least 21 or otherwise legally capable and authorized to bind the business. Legal/trade name, contacts, categories, municipalities, and credentials must remain accurate and current.

3. Independent contractor

The contractor controls its offer, price, schedule, personnel, tools, methods, insurance, taxes, and compliance. Nothing creates a partnership, franchise, employment, or agency relationship.

4. Registrations, licenses, and credentials

Before activating construction categories covered by applicable law, we will check the applicable DACO registration. Other categories require a category-specific credential matrix. We will not display “licensed,” “insured,” “verified,” or “DACO approved” unless the exact claim is supported, current, and precisely described.

5. Quotes

A response should include total price, availability, scope, inclusions, exclusions, and additional charges. Contractors must be able to substantiate quotes and must not include customer private information.

6. Customer data

The customer's name, phone, and exact address remain hidden until specific consent for selected contractors. Shared data may be used only to communicate about that request, not for lists, resale, or unauthorized use.

7. Separate communications consent

Accepting these terms and reading the privacy policy are separate from optional consent to receive opportunities by WhatsApp or email. Consent may be withdrawn by channel. STOP, NO, or UNSUBSCRIBE must suppress future opportunity messages on that channel.

8. Safety, conduct, and suspension

The contractor is responsible for the worksite, hazards, permits, equipment, personnel, subcontractors, and safe practices. Fraud, false credentials, harassment, unlawful discrimination, bribery, collusive quoting, deceptive practices, and illegal use are prohibited. We may reject, pause, or terminate access for noncompliance.

9. Payments, content, and changes

Payments are arranged directly with customers. Contractors retain rights in their own content and grant a limited license to operate the profile or response. Changes will be published with a version and assent record.
